The club is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.

South End Racquet & Health Club offers three membership tiers to suit various lifestyles:

Tier One: Full Club Membership includes access to 9 tennis courts, 9 pickleball/3 hybrid paddle tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, 2 squash courts, an indoor basketball court, multiple weight and cardio facilities, outdoor gym area, women's exclusive gym, a 25-yard lap swimming pool, a beach entry kid pool, group fitness and cycle classes, steam and sauna rooms, and indoor/outdoor spas.
Tier Two: Racquet Membership offers access to the racquet sports facilities, including 9 pickleball/3 hybrid paddle tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, 2 squash courts, an indoor basketball court, plus the same fitness, pool, class, and spa amenities as Tier One.
Tier Three: Health/Fitness Membership focuses on the club's fitness facilities, including multiple weight and cardio facilities, outdoor gym area, women's exclusive gym, a 25-yard lap swimming pool, a beach entry kid pool, group fitness and cycle classes, steam and sauna rooms, and indoor/outdoor spas.
